Responsibilities

• Manage the logistics of clinical research studies from initiation to closeout.
• Ensure timely collection of data and provide feedback to sites on performance.
• Actively participate in the training of new Clinical Research Associates.
• Analyze trial data to support interim and final reports.
• Facilitate communication between sponsors, investigators, and study participants.
• Conduct site visits to ensure compliance with protocols and GCP.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation for ethics review.
• Monitor study budget and assist in resource allocation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Health Sciences
• Advanced Clinical Research training is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in clinical research or clinical monitoring
