You will assist users with technical issues, maintain hardware and software systems, and ensure the network infrastructure is running optimally. Strong communication skills and technical knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Requirements

Education

• IT Certification or Diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT technical support

Technical Skills

• Linux OS
• Remote Support Tools

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• ITIL Foundation Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
