Responsibilities

• Lead design efforts for new aerospace products from concept to production.
• Coordinate with external partners on joint development projects.
• Assess design viability through simulations and failure modes analyses.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress and findings.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and aviation regulations.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to drive project success.
• Utilize CAD software for design and modeling activities.
• Assist in training and developing engineering staff.
• Support marketing efforts through technical insights.
• Engage in new technology scouting to improve product offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aircraft design and systems
