Job Description

As an Internal Auditor, you will assess the efficiency of our internal controls and compliance. You will conduct thorough investigations and audits, offer solutions, and implement corrective actions. A knack for critical thinking and strong communication skills are necessary attributes as you may also be responsible for training staff on compliance protocols.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk-based audits to improve operational efficiency.
• Monitor and assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze data and report significant financial discrepancies.
• Engage with departmental heads to ensure adherence to audit recommendations.
• Document audit processes and maintain clear records for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years in auditing, finance or compliance-related roles
