Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Training and Development Manager who can lead our educational initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s goals. This role involves monitoring and assessing training progress while maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in employee development.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational strategies to meet organisational objectives.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training materials and resources.
  • Manage a team of trainers and instructional designers.
  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps.
  • Evaluate training programmes’ effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align educational initiatives with business strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with education and training standards and regulations.
  • Build relationships with external educational institutions for collaborative training.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust training strategies accordingly.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or Human Resources
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred
Experience
  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the training sector
