User Experience Researcher

Job Description

As a User Experience Researcher at Creative Solutions Ltd., you will play a key role in shaping our products by understanding user needs and behaviors. You will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and collaborate with designers and developers to create user-centered solutions that enhance the overall experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user research studies to validate concepts and prototypes.
• Collaborate closely with product managers and developers throughout the design lifecycle.
• Identify opportunities for improving user experience across all products.
• Synthesize user research findings into actionable insights that influence product design.
• Mentor junior researchers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Participate in user testing sessions to observe user interactions with designs.
• Advocate for user needs throughout the design and development process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in user experience research or a related area

Languages
