Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Engineer who will take charge in designing and implementing innovative structural solutions for our diverse construction projects, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
• Review and approve designs and drawings prepared by the engineering team.
• Assess project feasibility with clients and stakeholders, providing expert advice.
• Coordinate with municipal bodies for approvals and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for engineering projects.
• Engage in continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and learning from feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Postgraduate qualification is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of practical experience in structural engineering

• Reinforced Concrete Design
