Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

We are searching for a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Bloemfontein facility. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse operations ensuring high efficiency.
• Evaluate workforce performance and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for effective stock management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
• Manage shift scheduling and employee assignments.
• Conduct training sessions on safety and operational procedures.
• Evaluate new technologies and processes for potential implementation.
• Prepare and analyze performance and productivity reports.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Management or related field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
