We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in IT support and administration, providing technical assistance to users and ensuring the smooth operation of systems and networks.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming support requests and prioritize accordingly.
• Conduct system diagnostics to identify issues.

• Assist in project implementations as needed.

• Monitor network systems for performance and security.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Relevant IT certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
