We are seeking a Wind Plant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our wind energy plant. This role demands exceptional leadership capabilities, technical expertise in wind energy systems, and proven experience in team management.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the cleanroom team to enhance operational processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations at all times.
• Operating and maintaining cleanroom-specific equipment, such as air showers, pass-throughs, and gloveboxes.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing cleanroom efficiency.
• Train team members on best practices and protocols for cleanroom maintenance.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate
• Tertiary qualification in a scientific or technical field is advantageous

Experience

• No previous experience is required; training will be provided.

Technical Skills

• Strong organizational skills

Languages

• English: Fluent
