Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and evaluations.
• Diagnose medical conditions and prescribe treatments.
• Implement health education initiatives within the community.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Document patient care activities in electronic health records.
• Support preventative care efforts and health screenings.
• Conduct follow-up visits to monitor patient progress.
• Participate in training and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements

Education

• Master’s degree in Nursing with NP certification
• Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of clinical experience preferred
