Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive audit plans and program documentation.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of controls in place.
• Conduct audits and report on findings to management, ensuring timely resolution.
• Educate and engage staff around compliance requirements.
• Participate in risk assessments and management discussions related to audit findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in audit fields with robust compliance knowledge
