System Support Analyst

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled System Support Analyst to join our growing IT team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing our IT systems to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist users with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Conduct system audits and prepare reports for management.
• Manage software installations and updates.
• Provide training and support for new system users.
• Work with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and procedures.
• Support IT projects as needed, ensuring successful implementation.
• Evaluate user needs and recommend IT solutions accordingly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT-related field
• ITIL certification is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in a support role

• Linux Operating Systems

Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
