Job Description

As the Road Supervisor of Engines, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of engines on the road. This role involves managing a team of operators, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining high performance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the activities of engine operators and coordinate schedules.
  • Ensure that all engines operate within regulatory and safety requirements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of engine and operator performance.
  • Guide resource allocation to ensure optimal operations.
  • Provide mentorship to new engine operators.
  • Work with cross-departmental teams to enhance operational workflows.
  • Report to senior management regarding operational status.
  • Stay informed of developments in engine technology and industry standards.
  • Assist in the development of operational policies and procedures.
  • Foster effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in a related field preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory position within the transportation or automotive sector.
