Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accurate and timely payment to our employees. Your expertise will contribute significantly to enhancing our payroll systems and compliance with local legislation.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Ensure all payroll processes adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Review time sheets and employee data files to verify accurate payroll calculations.
  • Handle vendor relationships related to payroll services.
  • Implement new payroll technologies and systems as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration
Experience
  • Additional 2 years of payroll experience preferred

  • Knowledge of Tax Legislation
