Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for multiple projects simultaneously from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with local authorities and organizations to align projects with community expectations.
• Implement client feedback into workable design solutions.
• Calculate project costs and prepare budget proposals for clients.
• Ensure all projects adhere to the budget and deadlines while maintaining high design standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Advanced certifications in sustainable design are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, particularly in residential projects

Technical Skills

• SketchUp
• Building Codes Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• SACAP Registration
• Building Green Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
