We are seeking an IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems. You will troubleshoot issues, manage hardware and software setups, and assist users with queries. This role demands strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to help desk tickets in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and updates on systems.
  • Optimize IT processes for efficiency.
  • Support remote users and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Assist users in using software applications effectively.
  • Work with IT team to ensure system security and integrity.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
