Responsibilities
Lead and manage daily operations of the assisted living facility.
Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold high care standards.
Monitor financial performance and implement cost-effective measures.
Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met and documentation is current.
Create and review care plans for residents and adjust as needed.
Address and resolve resident and family concerns promptly.
Facilitate training programs to enhance staff competency.
Promote a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration is preferred
Experience
Minimum of 5 years experience in assisted living or healthcare management
