Rice Milling Supervisor

Job Description

The Rice Milling Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the rice milling process and ensuring that production targets are met while maintaining quality standards. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervising milling operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
• Conducting quality checks to maintain product standards.
• Leading training sessions for new team members.
• Collaborating with other departments to optimize production.
• Monitoring equipment performance and coordinating repairs.
• Managing stock levels and supply chain activities.
• Documenting performance metrics and reporting to management.
• Cultivating a positive and safe working environment.

Requirements

Education

• National Senior Certificate or equivalent
• Diploma or degree in Manufacturing or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a milling supervisory role
