Job Description

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our store, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales. Your role will involve engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending products that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote special sales and events to clientele.
• Help maintain a high standard of store presentation.
• Efficiently process customer transactions.
• Assist in managing inventory and stock levels.
• Handle customer inquiries and issues effectively.

Requirements

Education

• Matric / Grade 12
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred

Experience

• 2+ years in retail or sales experience preferred

• Sales Techniques

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic

Advantageous

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans: Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.
• Previous cashier experience: Experience handling cash transactions and customer service.
