Join our team as a Quality Assurance Analyst in Cape Town, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our software products. You will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure that all product releases are of the highest caliber.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth testing of software applications and document findings.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards throughout the development process.
• Run performance and load tests to identify potential issues.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives within the QA team.
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior QA analysts.
• Evaluate new testing tools and technologies for potential integration.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• ISTQB certification is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the software industry with a focus on QA
