Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning process and implementation.
  • Evaluate and enhance program performance on an ongoing basis.
  • Facilitate training and development for staff and volunteers.
  • Engage with the community to gather feedback and improve services.
  • Collaborate with external organizations for joint initiatives.
  • Ensure the organization meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Promote the organization’s mission and values in the community.
  • Manage program-related communications and public relations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing non-profit programs
