Join our dynamic team as a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Operator. Your expertise will be key in interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for optimal performance.
• Conduct quality inspections on finished pieces.
• Adjust machine settings based on production needs.
• Assist in the programming of CNC machinery.
• Train new staff on CNC operations and safety protocols.
• Keep precise records of materials and products used.
• Work closely with team leaders to optimize workflow.
• Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.

Requirements

Education

• Technical qualification (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design)
• Relevant certifications in CNC programming are advantageous

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience in CNC operations

Technical Skills

• G-Code programming ability
• Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• CNC Programmer Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Prior experience with wood, plastic, and metal machining: Hands-on experience in working with different materials.
