Join our dynamic team as a Computer Numerically Controlled (CNC) Tool Operator. Your expertise will be key in interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines to produce high-quality products.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines for optimal performance.
Conduct quality inspections on finished pieces.
Adjust machine settings based on production needs.
Assist in the programming of CNC machinery.
Train new staff on CNC operations and safety protocols.
Keep precise records of materials and products used.
Work closely with team leaders to optimize workflow.
Implement improvements to enhance production efficiency.
Adhere to all safety regulations and quality standards.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
Requirements
Education
Technical qualification (Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Design)
Relevant certifications in CNC programming are advantageous
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in CNC operations
