Job Description

In the role of Insurance Underwriter, you will leverage your assessment skills to evaluate applications and set policy parameters. Collaborate with agents and clients to align their needs with our offerings, making critical decisions to protect both the company and its insured.

Responsibilities

  • Review and approve insurance applications.
  • Assess applicants' credit and claims histories.
  • Develop pricing strategies for different types of policies.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
  • Professional underwriting certification is advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in underwriting or related field
