We are on the lookout for a passionate Online Course Developer to spearhead the creation of high-quality online learning modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging content that resonates with learners and drives educational success.

Responsibilities

• Craft interactive learning modules that incorporate best practices and user engagement strategies.
• Coordinate with IT teams to ensure a seamless user experience on the learning platform.
• Assist in the development of training materials for instructors and facilitators.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of course materials based on learner analytics.
• Lead training sessions on new e-learning tools and practices for internal teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in designing online courses and educational materials

Technical Skills

• eLearning Authoring Tools
• Graphic Design
• Video Editing Software

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Collaboration

Certifications

• Instructional Designer Certificate (IDC)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with virtual classrooms and synchronous learning tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Zoom or WebEx for live sessions.
