IT Support Technician

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled IT Support Technician to provide excellent customer support and maintain IT systems. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with installations, and providing training to staff on IT best practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring system performance is optimal.
• Assist users with technical questions related to IT services.
• Deploy software updates and patches to ensure systems are secure.
• Analyze IT support trends and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage user account settings and permissions.
• Provide after-hours support as necessary on critical issues.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors for maintenance and repairs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role

• Linux OS
• Cloud Services

Certifications

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

Languages

• English: Fluent
