Job Description

As a Data Scientist, you will be at the forefront of our analytics efforts at our Johannesburg office. Your ability to leverage big data and advanced analytics will be instrumental in formulating data-driven solutions that aid in business growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven projects focused on enhancing operational efficiency.
• Implement A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of new initiatives.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies.
• Assist in setting strategic goals based on data interpretations.
• Foster a culture of data literacy within the organization.
• Support ad-hoc analytics projects as requested.
• Manage relationships with external data vendors or partners.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Science

Experience

• 3-6 years in a data-oriented role
