• Perform wound care and assist with post-operative recovery.

• Act as a liaison between patients and the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a clinical setting.

Technical Skills

• IV therapy
• Patient assessment

Soft Skills

• Conflict resolution
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Wound care certification: Certification in wound care management preferred.
• Leadership experience: Demonstrated ability to lead teams or mentor junior staff.
