Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide exceptional technical support and administration in our Cape Town office. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users, and maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the installation of new hardware and software as needed.
  • Provide support for remote users and assist with mobile device management.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve IT operations.
  • Conduct regular system updates and backups.
  • Serve as a liaison between users and upper management on technical issues.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and operating procedures.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or similar
Experience
  • 1+ years of experience in a technical support capacity

Certifications
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Languages
