Job Description

Join us as a Data Analyst at our Cape Town office, where you will be responsible for interpreting complex data to inform business decisions. We are looking for a proactive individual who can bridge the gap between technical data analysis and practical business implementation. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Extract, clean, and organize data to facilitate analysis.
  • Visualize data trends using Tableau or Power BI for executive reporting.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize performance and operational efficiency.
  • Train departments on data utilization and analytics tools.
  • Contribute to data governance processes and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous learning to adapt to new tools and techniques in data analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
