Job Description

We are looking for a First-Line Supervisor of Passenger Attendants to oversee our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of dispatchers for optimal performance.
• Assign routes and schedule shifts according to operational needs.
• Ensure all team members are compliant with safety standards and regulations.
• Analyze and improve dispatch performance metrics.
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and compliance.
• Liaise with management and various departments to streamline operations.
• Manage conflict resolution in dispatching issues effectively.
• Coordinate bus, taxi, and truck operations for optimal service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Matric or equivalent
• Diploma or degree in transportation, logistics, or related field (preferred)

Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or a related field.

Technical Skills

Languages
