We are seeking a knowledgeable Mining Engineer to design and implement mining operations in a safe and efficient manner. The ideal candidate should have experience in mineral extraction and project management to ensure that operations comply with industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation in mining techniques and technologies.
• Monitor operations to ensure adherence to health and safety standards.
• Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and management on project status.
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop project proposals.
• Participate in contract negotiations with suppliers and contractors.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline
• Postgraduate studies in Mining Engineering is beneficial

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in underground mining operations

• Geotechnical Analysis
• CAD Software

Certifications

• Registered Professional Engineer status
• First Aid and Safety Training certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
