Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team in Bloemfontein. In this role, you will evaluate, implement, and manage security measures and defenses to protect our information systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, an understanding of compliance regulations, and experience with security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain security controls and systems.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity.
• Analyze security incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in security incident response drills.
• Prepare reports on security activities and incidents.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure security best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in information security

Languages
