We are on the lookout for an Investment Banker with a strong background in financial analysis and deal structuring. In this role, you will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and investment strategies. Your analytical skills will play a vital role in driving the successful execution of transactions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement investment strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations that communicate the investment thesis.
• Engage in public speaking and client meetings to represent the firm professionally.
• Research industry trends and competitive analysis to support client advisories.
• Assist in mentoring junior analysts and support staff in their professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fields
• Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance
