• Set up and calibrate machinery for optimal production output.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure machine functionality.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for machinery operation.
• Record production data and assist with reporting needs.
• Maintain compliance with ISO standards.
• Assist in troubleshooting machinery malfunctions with engineering support.
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives.
• Document any operational set-up changes.
• Help coordinate the maintenance schedule for all equipment.

• Matric certificate
• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous
• Mechanical aptitude Understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Problem-solving ability Capable of identifying issues and implementing solutions.
• Attention to detail Strong focus on quality and accuracy.
• Knowledge of CNC Machines Familiarity with computerized numerical control operations.
• Communication Skills Ability to clearly communicate with team members.
• Teamwork Experience working collaboratively within a team.
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with electrical systems: Background knowledge in electrical setups and control systems.
• Welding and fabrication experience: Familiarity with welding techniques and manufacturing processes.
