Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing healthcare facilities in Cape Town. Your responsibilities will include staff management, financial oversight, and ensuring adherence to healthcare policies and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the administrative functions of the healthcare facility.
  • Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, or similar
  • MBA or advanced degree is advantageous
