Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of financial policies and internal controls.
• Participate in planning and forecasting processes.
• Engage with clients to resolve accounting inquiries and issues.
• Assist in developing training materials for junior staff.
• Participate in team meetings and provide updates on financial progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• Honors or Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• At least 3 years of progressive accounting experience

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel Skills
• Financial Auditing

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CIMA or similar

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with financial modelling: Ability to develop financial models to support business decisions.
• Knowledge of international accounting standards: Familiarity with IFRS and GAAP standards for financial reporting.
