Join Tech Solutions as an IT Support Technician and play a crucial role in providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients in Johannesburg. You will be the first line of contact for IT-related issues, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt resolution of queries.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver support services for various hardware and software systems.
  • Assist users in resolving application and network issues.
  • Conduct initial assessments of technical problems and escalate when necessary.
  • Create detailed reports on support activities and user feedback.
  • Maintain a knowledge base of technical documentation for staff and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
  • Provide feedback on service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or relevant area
