Responsibilities

• Assess and improve patients' functional abilities through tailored therapy.
• Work with acute and chronic conditions to facilitate rehabilitation.
• Document patient interactions and progress in compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Develop strategies for preventative care to sustain patient health.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for shared rehabilitation experiences.
• Coordinate with insurance providers regarding patient therapy coverage.
• Lead initiatives aimed at improving departmental efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Specialization in Sports Physiotherapy is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience with a focus on sports rehabilitation
