Job Description

As a Pharmacist at PharmaCare, you will provide medication therapy management and patient consultations. Responsibilities

• Advise patients on over-the-counter medications and health supplements.
• Prepare and compound medications as required.
• Monitor patient progress and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
• Participate in quality assurance activities and continuous education.
• Assist in the development of pharmacy policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting

Technical Skills

• Pharmaceutical Knowledge
• Drug Interaction Analysis

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Detail-Oriented

Certifications

• Registered with the South African Pharmacy Council

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
