Job Description

As a Structural Engineer, you'll take the lead in developing innovative structural designs and analyzing their feasibility. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively communicate with stakeholders and ensure all aspects of the project align with engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design and analysis process for various projects.
• Develop project documentation and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Coordinate with contractors and clients to ensure project alignment.
• Review construction plans and specifications for accuracy.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee their development.
• Perform load calculations and structural assessments.
• Evaluate existing structures for renovations and upgrades.
• Maintain knowledge of material properties and engineering standards.
• Ensure project timelines are met while adhering to budget constraints.
• Participate in project meetings and liaise with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Structural Analysis Software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
• AutoCAD
• Reinforced Concrete Design
• Steel Structures

Soft Skills

• Project Management
• Team Collaboration

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
