Responsibilities

• Create concept sketches, mood boards, and 3D models to convey design ideas effectively.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Foster relationships with clients to facilitate ongoing business.
• Conduct post-project assessments to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development workshops.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and presentations.
• Review project budgets and ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field
• Certification in Interior Design is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in interior design or related roles

Technical Skills

• Revit
• 3D Rendering Software

Soft Skills

• Team Collaboration
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Building Design Certification
• Certified Interior Decorators (CID)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Cultural awareness in design: Understanding of various cultural influences in interior design.
• Experience in commercial design projects: Prior work experience in commercial interior design is beneficial.
