Responsibilities

• Translate user requirements into engaging and effective UI designs.
• Coordinate with product managers and developers to understand project scopes.
• Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
• Assist in the development of design systems for scalable design solutions.
• Provide support and maintain design files and documentation.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a portfolio demonstrating successful projects

Technical Skills

• Sketch

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with animation and interactive design: Ability to create engaging animations and micro-interactions.
