Job Description

Join our team as the Slot Operations Director, where you'll direct all strategic initiatives related to slot machine performance and compliance within our casino, ensuring a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure optimal operation of slot machines by overseeing maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Lead training initiatives that enhance staff performance and customer engagement.
  • Develop marketing strategies that promote the slot machine offerings and drive player engagement.
  • Work closely with cross-departmental teams to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage and oversee compliance audits in conjunction with relevant authorities.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.
  • Investigate and resolve player disputes and complaints swiftly.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations within the gaming environment.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the casino through innovation and new ideas.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
  • MBA preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years in a senior management role within the gaming industry
