Job Description

We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our growing team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating engaging user interfaces and enhancing user experience across web and mobile platforms. You will work collaboratively with various departments to design user-centered solutions that drive success.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for user interfaces across products.
• Engage with users to understand their needs and challenges.
• Produce detailed specifications for developers to follow.
• Help maintain and evolve the design system for consistency.
• Collaborate on product strategy with the marketing and development teams.
• Analyze user interaction data to influence design decisions.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback.
• Support the team in enhancing visual communication and branding.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or degree in Design, UX/UI, or a related discipline

Experience

• 2+ years working in a design role

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in mobile design: Strong understanding of mobile-first design principles and responsive design.
