Join our team as a Silk Presser, where you'll play a vital role in enhancing the presentation of our luxury silk garments. Your expertise will ensure that each piece is flawlessly pressed and ready to impress.

Responsibilities

• Operate pressing machines and steamers optimally.
• Run tests on silk fabrics to determine best pressing methods.
• Record production data accurately and promptly.
• Optimize pressing techniques to reduce fabric damage.
• Assist in developing new pressing techniques.
• Maintain inventory of pressing supplies.
• Support the team in achieving production goals.
• Champion best practices in garment finishing.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in textile care or garment finishing is preferred

Experience

• Experience in a high-volume garment production environment is a plus.
