As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting detailed financial analysis, preparing pitch books, and supporting senior bankers in various transactions. Your role will involve preparing detailed financial models and conducting thorough market research to provide actionable insights to our clients. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with transaction teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of analysis.
• Conduct competitor analysis and prepare market assessment reports.
• Assist in the preparation of investment recommendations for clients.
• Work to refine and enhance the firm's internal financial analysis processes.
• Participate in post-deal evaluations to assess outcomes against projections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance
• CFA or similar designation is advantageous

Experience

• 1-2 years working in finance or investment banking environments

Certifications

• CFA Level 1
