Job Description

As a Mixing and Blending Machine Setter, Operator, and Tender, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment that produces top-quality alum products. This role requires attention to detail, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work well within a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure raw materials are prepared and loaded into blending machines correctly.
• Calibrate machine settings based on product specifications.
• Actively engage in problem-solving for operational challenges during production runs.
• Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Provide feedback on production processes for continual improvement.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Technical qualification in mechanical or chemical engineering is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in chemical production.
