Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Durban. You will manage daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient stock management and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in warehouse supervision and strong leadership skills to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a warehouse team to achieve maximum productivity.
• Conduct regular audits of inventory and warehouse processes.
• Address any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Optimize workflow to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
• Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams for seamless operations.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management or logistics

Technical Skills

• Inventory Management Systems (IMS)
• Forklift Operation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with logistics software: Familiarity with software such as SAP or Oracle for warehouse management.
