Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments.
• Implement physiotherapy treatments that improve mobility.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care.
• Provide advice on physical wellness and injury prevention.
• Maintain equipment and therapy areas for safety and hygiene.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of clinical experience in Physiotherapy

• Manual Therapy
• Exercise Prescription

Soft Skills

• Communication

Certifications

• Registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in sports physiotherapy: Knowledge and experience working with athletes and sports injuries.
• Familiarity with hydrotherapy: Experience using water-based therapies for rehabilitation.
